Diana has spent her career managing fit-out and renovation projects to the standards that internationally recognized properties demand — coordinating contractors, procurement, budgets, and schedules across complex sites where quality and deadlines are not negotiable.
Our hands-on expertise runs through the whole process: day-to-day on-site management, procurement and tendering, and CAD design — reading and working directly from the drawings. It's the practical, detail-level fluency that lets us spot problems early, question a quote that doesn't add up, and keep a project honest.
What sets Clearpath apart for American and other English-speaking clients is the language and the representation. We work entirely in clear English, and we work for you — not for the contractor, the agent, or the seller.
