Scouting & Due Diligence

Before you commit to a property, get an honest, informed read on what you're actually buying. We visit the property in person and return a clear report on its condition, what a realistic renovation would cost, and whether your plans are feasible — so you can negotiate, walk away, or proceed with confidence. Where a structural, engineering, or legal question needs a licensed professional, we tell you, and can coordinate that specialist for you.

Package Two

Renovation & Project Management

Full management of your renovation from contractor selection to completion. Clearpath procures and vets the trades, holds them to a signed contract, supervises the work on-site every week, and keeps your budget and schedule under control — reporting to you in English throughout, wherever you are.

Everything in renovation management, plus the practical work of making the property livable and ready for your arrival. From utilities to coordinating with your moving company and receiving furniture, Clearpath handles the details so you land to a home that's ready — not a to-do list.

Plan your relocation

Fees for Packages Two and Three are calculated on the agreed value of works and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. For clients based outside the EU, Clearpath's services generally qualify for VAT exemption as an export of services, and can be settled by international bank transfer (SWIFT), SEPA, or Wise. Clearpath's role is project management, coordination, and client representation. We do not provide engineering, architectural, surveying, or legal services, and do not issue technical certifications or sign-offs. Where such work is required, we engage and coordinate licensed professionals on your behalf.
