Fixed fee · report within 7 days
Additional properties: €350 each · maximum 3 properties per report
Package Two
Contractor procurement, contract administration, weekly on-site supervision, and budget, schedule, and progress reporting in English.
10% of works value
e.g. €8,000 for an €80,000 renovation · typical duration 3–6 months
Package Three
Everything in Package Two, plus utilities, coordination with your moving company, furniture reception, pre-arrival inspection, and welcome-pack handover.
10% of works value + relocation fee from €2,500
